Cop•R•Core
Cop•R•Core
is a 5-ply product consisting of exterior surfaces of Type 304 stainless
steel clad on both sides of a COPPER cored ALUMINUM material.
Thickness:
Cop•R•Core is available in thicknesses from .072" to
.156".
Widths:
Minimum width 3". Maximum width 18". Widths greater than 18"
considered upon evaluation by Engineering Department.
Lengths:
Sheet up to 72" long. Blanks from 8-3/4" to 17-3/4" diameter
available in thicknesses up to .156". Longer lengths considered
upon evaluation by Engineering Department.
Stainless Steel
Thicknesses:
Standard stainless thicknesses from .015", however, .011""
Type 304 claddings can be specified.
Copper Thickness:
Copper thickness can be specified as either 15 or 20% of the copper
cored aluminum portion of the COP•R•CORE product. Specific
request for thickness must be made for other thicknesses, if required.
Tempers:
Material is available in temper equivalent to "F". Other tempers
must be submitted for approval by Engineering Department.
Availability:
Delivery approximately 12 -18 weeks after receipt of order based upon
quantity, size, and strength of market.
