Cop•R•Clad
Cop•R•Clad
consists of Type 304 stainless steel clad to pure copper with a core
of pure alloy aluminum.
Widths:
Minimum width 3". Maximum width 18". Widths greater than 18"
considered upon evaluation by Engineering Department.
Lengths:
Sheet up to 72" long. Blanks from 8-3/4" to 17-3/4" diameter
available in thicknesses up to .125". Longer lengths considered
upon evaluation by Engineering Department.
Stainless Steel
Thicknesses:
Standard stainless thicknesses from .010", however, .012"
and .015" Type 304 claddings can be specified.
Copper Thickness:
Copper thickness can be specified as either 15 or 20% of the cross sectional
thickness of the copper and aluminum portion of the product. Greater
copper thickness can be specified upon approval of Engineering Department.
Tempers:
Material is available in temper equivalent to "F". Other tempers
must be submitted for approval by Engineering Department.
Availability:
Delivery approximately 12 -18 weeks after receipt of order based upon
quantity, size, and strength of market.
